~s8- q~-f~ <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER- , <br />of the <br />' Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene, Oregon <br />Establishing a Residential Permit Parking Zone _ <br />.For the North Side of the 4100 Block of Dove Lane <br />The Traffic Engineer .of the City of Eugene finds that: " <br />A. Administrative.Rule R-5.-040, Residential Permit Parking Zones Regulations,- <br />provides that the designation of .or removal of such permit parking zones would be effected <br />by administrative order of the'City's Traffic Engineer. <br />B. On June 19, 1997, the City received confirmation from over 50°s of the. <br />adjacent property owners and tenants for designating a residential permit parking zone <br />for the north side of the 4100. block of Dove Lane (east of Echo Hollow Road). <br />C. Notice of the City's intent to establish a residential permit parking zone <br />was given to property owners and tenants within the affected area of the proposed zone. <br />D. The proposed zone has been reviewed and is found to be in .conformity with <br />the policies, regulations and criteria set forth in Rule R-5.040. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />Based upon the .above "findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br />Administrative Rule R-5.040,. the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders that: <br />~, <br />1. The area described is hereby established as a residential permit parking <br />.zone: <br />The north side of the 4100 block of Dove Lane. <br />2. The zone shall be designated Zone E and shall restrict-all public parking <br />between. 7230 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., 'School Days and except Zone E permitted vehicles. <br />3. Persons residing in or owning residential. property within the zone <br />designated herein may. apply for a"Zone E permit entitling .the holder thereof to <br />preferential long-term parking at Zone E signed parking areas within the designated zone. <br />4.
