According to Steve Gallup, they will not be doing this work during the PPP project itself. <br />Federal rules require that with the federal funding used for the PPP, all of the intersections would have <br />to have the same level of work to meet the CDBG/Federal funds requirements. As there was only a <br />desire to do certain intersections, this portion of the project will not move forward. We may choose to <br />retrofit sometime later with future CDBG $$. <br /> <br />Eric confirmed that they have already been in discussions with PDD/Liesl regarding the CDBG funds <br />from FYh09 and that the projects would not be completed by April 1, but would carry through the <br />summer. Due to the nature of the work, it is weather dependent, thus the summer schedule. <br /> <br />You agreed you would confirm this with Matt and request he process a CO to remove this from the <br />existing contract. You will also follow-up with a BJE to put the funding back to the appropriate project <br /># (Ramps 171-975224 and APS 171-975434). <br /> <br />Think that’s it.
