S ~ _ ~ 3. <br />, <br />STATE OF OREGON - <br />DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUp~I,ITY <br />OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE - ASSE$SMENT DEFERRAL <br />LOAN AGREEMENT <br />SECTION I - OFFER <br />The City of Eugene, 0iegon, hereinafter referred to as <br />the "Pulilic Agency,° has appl-ied to the State of Oregon, acting <br />by and through.the Department of Environmen~al Quality, <br />hereinafter referred to as'the "Department," for a loan from the <br />Assessment Deferral Loan.Program Revolving Fund for the purpose <br />of providing assistance to property owners who will experience <br />extreme financial hardship from payment of Sewer Assessments. <br />Now, therefore`,: in corisideration of the foregoing and of <br />the mututal covenants and undertakings hereinafter set forth, the <br />Department Offers, subject to sufficient capitalization of the <br />revolving ftind, an amount of not more than $84,000. <br />This o:ffer is subject to.the terms and conditions of <br />this Assessment Deferral.Loan Agreement which are contained in <br />this document as Section II.. <br />This offer must be accepted, if at all, on or before <br />__- 198. . <br />For the State of Oregon, Department of Environmental <br />Quality: ~ <br />~-.
