The <br /> project bega~ in January 2000 and is scheduled to be completed this fall. <br /> This Spring's work includes rock hauling and weather-dependent paving. With the <br /> resumption If activity in the work zone, motorists are urged to be on the lookout for equipment, <br /> construction orkers and flaggers.
