This means that under rules that went into effect on January 29, 2002, it is <br /> illegal to bu ,sell, plant, transport or propagate this highly invasive weed in Oregon. <br /> That is goo news to volunteers and park staff alike who are laboring to control ivy in <br /> ~ the park. <br /> Volu teens will meet rain or shine on Saturday, February 16th at 9:30 am, at the <br /> F.M. Wilkin Picnic Shelter on Summit Avenue in Hendricks Park. Eugene City Bakery <br /> will provide pastries and muffins for the crew, while the City will provide the necessary <br /> I <br /> tools. Rain gear, gloves and boots are highly recommended, even if the weather is <br /> clear.
