No ork will be done in the intersections of Pearl, Oak or Willamette streets, so cross <br /> traffic will maintained although occasionally controlled by flaggers. <br /> On est 13`" Avenue, the scheduled work hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The south <br /> (righthand) lane will be closed, and two slightly narrowed lanes of eastbound traffic will be kept <br /> open. The work includes the Jefferson Street intersection, which will be controlled by flaggers. <br /> Acc ss to local homes and businessess will be maintained, although individual <br /> driveways ay be closed for short periods of time. <br /> The work is needed to temporarily resurface deeply rutted lanes that carry a heavy load <br /> of traffic in luding numerous LTD buses.
