The blockage occurred when a telephone <br /> cable contr ctor drilled through the sanitary sewer. <br /> The ity and the Department of Environmental Quality have determined that the spill <br /> entered the storm system, then flowed into Amazon Creek. Crews have cleaned up the area <br /> <br /> and washe down the street.
