T is is exciting news because the building project is not only three days ahead of
schedule but r mains within budget.
Although the " unch list" of items to be completed on the building remains Hyland's
responsibility, his transition means that the building has passed inspection as reaching a state
of substantial ompletion and that it is no longer a construction site. The Library move will
begin as sche uled at 8:00 a.m. next Monday morning.
"I'm really ple sed that Hyland was able to effectively manage the schedule to be able to turn
the building to us early," says Project Manager Brad Black.
