Any interested <br /> <br /> • community members are welcome to help the crew build raised trailbeds and fill them with gravel. Meet at 9 <br /> a.m. at the Fox Hollow trailhead, and hike from there to the work site. <br /> The Obsidians Club, a local non-profi# group involved in hiking, backpacking, mountain climbing, <br /> cross country skiing, and other outdoor activities, has sponsored several work parties at Ridgeline trails <br /> since last October. So far, over 100 feet of retainer wall has been installed and over two miles of culvErts <br /> and trail have been deared of debris and brush. <br /> "This group is very energetic and enthusiastic and is highly motivated to do the strenuous work of <br /> upgrading these trails," says Volunteers in Parks Coordinator Matt McRae. <br /> This work party is open to anyone interested. Water, proper footwear and appropriate clothing are <br /> recommended. Instruction, tools and snacks will be provided. Powered wheelbarrows will be used to bring <br /> gravel from the trailhead to the work site.
