II traffic in that section of Washington Street will be merged into the east lane <br /> through the ork zone, but all four lanes will be open at the signal on Washington Street at <br /> Seventh Av nue. <br /> H8~J Construction is extending sewer lines to properties on the west side of Washington <br /> Street unde a contract being managed by the Eugene Public Works Department. The project is <br /> I <br /> designed to replace substandard "community sewers" installed many years ago.
