Nancy Young indicated this should be sent to your attention. <br /> O ce the order has been dated and signed, the Notice of Intended Rulemaking <br /> (also encl sed) needs to be completed and delivered to the Register Guard for publication. <br /> The date the Order is signed needs ~ to be inserted in the first paragraph. You will also <br /> need to etermine the date the Notice will be published and then insert in the last <br /> paragrap the appropriate date that is 20 days thereafter. This date must be 20 full days <br /> after the ate of publication, and excludes that date. For example, if the notice were to <br /> be publis ed on February 2nd, the proper date to insert in the last paragraph would be <br /> February 23rd, since the full 20 day requirement would not be met until midnight of <br /> February 2nd. <br /> As you will note in the notice, written comments or objections must be submitted <br /> to the Ci Manager within 15 days of the date of publication. Once that 15 day period <br /> has expir d please provide us with any comments that were received, or advise that none <br /> were, so a can prepare the appropriate order for the Manager's adoption of these <br /> amendme ts. <br /> I ould appreciate it if you would send me a copy of the order and notice after <br /> they have been completed for our files.
