Administrative Order No. J~- ~J•? - <br /> of the <br /> City Manager <br /> Establishing the Direction of Traffic Flow on Olive Street <br /> Between 8th and 10th Avenues and Directing the Erection of <br /> Signs Therefor. <br /> The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> A. On April 15, 1992, Ordinance No. 19841 was adopted by the Council and <br /> approved y the Mayor which provided in Sections 1 and 2 thereof for the removal of the <br /> restrictions on vehicular traffic on Olive Street within the pedestrian mall. <br /> B. The effectiveness of Ordinance No. 19841 was dependent upon the approval <br /> of a Meas re on whether to reopen Olive Street by the electors of the City at an election <br /> held on ay 19, 1992. That Measure was passed, and Ordinance No. 19841 became <br /> effective o May 19, 1992. <br /> No ,therefore, based on the above findings, which are adopted herein, <br /> TH CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF EUGENE ORDERS AND DIRECTS <br /> THAT: <br /> 1. Olive Street, between 8th and 10th Avenues within the City of Eugene is <br /> hereby de ignated as open for through traffic traveling in both a northerly and southerly <br /> direction t ereon. <br /> 2.
