i <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br /> of the <br /> <br /> ' Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> Establishing a Residential Permit Parking Zone <br /> For The North Side of E 20th Avenue <br /> Between Kincaid Street and Harris Street <br /> The raffic Engineer of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> A. Administrative Rule R-5.040, Residential Permit Parking Zones <br /> j Regulation , provides that the designation of or removal of such permit parking <br /> zones woul be effected by administrative order of the City's Traffic Engineer. <br /> B. On November 23, 1993, the City received an application signed by over <br /> 50~ of the adjacent property owners and tenants for designating a residential <br /> permit par ing zone for the north aide of E 20th Avenue between Kincaid Street <br /> and Harris Street. <br /> C. Notice of the City's intent to establish a residential permit parking <br /> zone was ven to property owners and tenants within the affected area of the <br /> ~ proposed z ne. - <br /> i <br /> D. The proposed zone has been reviewed and is found to be in conformity <br /> with the p licies, regulations and criteria set forth in Rule R-5.040. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> Base upon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br /> j Administr ive Rule R-5.040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders <br /> that <br /> 1. The area described is hereby established as a residential permit <br /> parking z e: <br /> i The north side of E 20th Avenue between Kincaid Street and Harris <br /> Street. <br /> 2. The zone shall be designated Zone A and shall allow 2-hour public <br /> parking b tween 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal <br /> holidays nd except Zone A permitted vehicles. <br /> 3. Persona residing in or owning residential property within the zone <br /> ~ designate herein may apply for a Zone A permit entitling the holder thereof to <br /> i preferent al long-term parking at Zone A signed parking areas within the <br /> ~ designate zone. <br /> I <br /> 4.
