ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br /> of the <br /> Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> Establishing a Residential Permit Parking Zone <br /> For the South Side of W Broadway <br /> Between Washington Street and Lawrence Street <br /> The Tr ff c Engineer of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> A. d inistrative Rule R-5.040, Residential Permit Parking Zones Regulations, <br /> provides that th designation of or removal of such permit parking zones would be effected <br /> by administra iv order of the City's Traffic Engineer. <br /> B. n February 8, 1995, the City received an application signed by over 50s of <br /> the adjacent ro erty owners and tenants for designating a residential peniit parking zone <br /> for the south si e of W Broadway between Washington and Lawrence Streets. <br /> C. o ice of the City's intent to establish a residential permit parking zone <br /> was given to ro erty owners and tenants within the affected area of the proposed zone. <br /> D. h proposed zone has been reviewed and is found to be in conformity with <br /> the policies, re ulations and criteria set forth in Rule R-5.040. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> Based up n the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br /> Administrativ le R-5.040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders that: <br /> 1. Th area described is hereby established as a residential permit parking <br /> zone: <br /> Th The one block section of W Broadway on the south side between Washington <br /> an Lawrence Streets. <br /> 2. Th zone shall be designated Zone E and shall allow 2-hour public parking <br /> between 7:00 .m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays and except <br /> o Zone E permit e vehicles. <br /> 3. Pe sons residing in or owning residential property within the zone <br /> designated h rein may apply for a Zone E permit entitling the holder thereof to <br /> preferential on -term parking at Zone E signed parking areas within the designated zone. <br /> 4.
