Administrative Rule R-5.040, Residential Permit Parking Zones Regulations, <br /> provides that the designation of or removal of such permit parking zones would be effected <br /> by administr tive order of the'City's Traffic Engineer. <br /> B. On June 19, 1997, the City received confirmation from over 50~ of the <br /> adjacent pro erty owners and tenants for designating a residential permit parking zone <br /> for the nort side of the 4100 block of Dove Lane (east of Echo Hollow Road). <br /> C. Notice of the City's intent to establish a residential permit parking zone <br /> was given to roperty owners and tenants within the affected area of the proposed zone. <br /> D. The proposed zone has been reviewed and is found to be in conformity with <br /> tMe policies, regulations and criteria set forth in Rule R-5.040. <br /> Now, TB33REFORS, <br /> Based upon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br /> Administrati a Rule R-5.040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders that: <br /> 1. The area described is hereby established as a residential permit parking <br /> zone: <br /> The north side of the 4100 block of Dove Lane. - <br /> 2. The zone shall be designated Zone E and shall restrict all public parking <br /> between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., School Days and except Zone E permitted vehicles. <br /> 3. Persons residing in or owning residential property within the zone <br /> d~3signated rein may apply for a Zone E permit entitling the holder thereof to <br /> pxteferential ong-term parking at Zone E signed parking areas within the designated zone. <br /> 4.
