The project estimate, which identifies the total amount <br /> of all construction costs, is $26,093,769.20. Total costs have been <br /> $25;478,123.05. Of this, the total federal reimbursement available is <br /> $20,225,454.00. To date, <br /> $20,!099,913.37 of federal funds have actually been obligated, leaving <br /> $12$,540.63. <br /> TMe (Iremaining federal funds would equate to $156,925.78 in total costs. <br /> Thee costs could range from any additional contractor payments, ODOT <br /> overisight, the City's engineering to payment of claims.
