<br /> . <br /> ~ O M O KITH WARRAI~ITY <br /> I I~ISP1~GTI OI~I <br /> The project listed below will satisfy its one year warranty obligation in the next 60 days. <br /> Please provide a warranty inspection on the project. <br /> It is the intent of this a-mail to coordinate the inspection efforts of the PWE and PWM <br /> staff on all Capitol Improvement Plan (CIP) projects and Privately Engineered Public <br /> Improvement (PEPI) projects prior to the expiration of the one year warranty period. In <br /> general, the role of the PWM Staff will be to provide expertise, advice, and assistance to <br /> the PWE Staff by performing a final inspection of the below listed project within the next <br /> four (4) weeks. It is the responsibility of the PWM supervisors to a-mail deficiencies to <br /> the inspector initiating this a-mail. It is the responsibility of the inspector to compile all <br /> deficiencies and review them with the Construction Manager prior to contacting the <br /> prime contractor.
