The revenue account is required to specifically identify the proceeds <br />received from the grantor. The grant number is needed to account for expenditures chargeable against the grant. An <br />activity number may also be assigned, when the grant requires matching funds, or when project costs will include <br />costs not chargeable to the grant. All project costs would be identified by the activity number, but only recoverable <br />grant expenditures would also be identified by grant number. <br />I have assigned the following distribution codes for the Chad Drive Extension <br />Grant Description: Extend Chad Drive to connect with North Game Farm Road.
