It is a
foliage applied, translocated, low- volatility fungicide. It may be applied at rates of up to 4 ounces per acre.
This fungicide should not be applied to any areas where surface water is present. After application, the
field should be posted to exclude workers or other visitors from entering the treated areas for a period of 24
hours.
Folicur (tebuconazole) - It may be applied at rates of up to 8 ounces per acre. This fungicide should not
be applied to any areas within 100 feet of aquatic habitats or standing water. Because it is hazardous to
aquatic organisms, label directions state that it should only be applied during alternate years in fields
adjacent to aquatic habitats. After application, the field should be posted to exclude workers or other
visitors from entering the treated areas for a period of 12 hours.
City of Eugene Contract 2008 -05335
Irwin Farm Lease Page 9
