FIRE AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT <br />Fire and Emergency Medical Services Administration <br />Fire and Emergency Medical Services Administration provides the coordination of the fire and emergency medical <br />program with all surrounding fire districts, the medical community, and within the department. The division also <br />provides the departmental budget, financial planning and analysis, contract management, records management, <br />financial functions including payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. <br />Within Fire and Emergency Medical Services Administration, costs totaling $27,137were identified as unallowable <br />costs. These costs were deducted from costs to be allocated as department administration costs. <br />Support <br />For the purposes of this plan, the operating organizations within this department are: Operations, <br />Services,Special Operations,andAmbulanceTransport. <br />There is divisional indirect in Operations, Support Services, Special Operations, and Ambulance Transport serving <br />exclusively the needs of those operating organizations.
