POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />Police Administration <br />Police Administration is responsible for the overall administration and coordination of all department activities. <br />Policy is formulated and goals and objectives are established to guide and direct the department in delivering a <br />variety of servicesto the community, while ensuring that the department’s functions are compatible with other <br />municipal services and governmental entities. <br />Within PoliceAdministration, costs totaling $10,498were identified as unallowable costs. These costs were <br />deducted from costs to be allocated as department administration costs. <br />For the purposes of this plan, the operating organizations within this department are: Operations Support,Patrol, <br />Investigations,Technical Services,9-1-1 Public Safety Answering Point, and Regional Radio System. <br />There is divisional indirect in Patrol, Investigations, and Technical Services serving exclusively the needs of those <br />operating organizations.
