<br />MEMO <br /> <br />TO: Brad Livingston, Wetlands Program Coordinator, ODOT <br /> <br />CC: Trevor Taylor, Natural Area Restoration Team Supervisor, Parks and <br /> Open Space Division <br /> <br />FROM: Diane Steeck, Wetland Ecologist, City of Eugene, Parks and Open <br /> Space Division <br /> <br /> DATE: July 25, 2013 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Invoice for ODOT Intergovernmental Agreement for Willamette <br />Valley Mitigation Bank (aka Greenhill Mitigation Bank) <br /> <br /> <br />This memorandum addresses services provided by the City of Eugene (City) under <br />the amended Intergovernmental Agreement for the Willamette Valley Mitigation <br />Agreement No. 28154; <br />Bank (City Contract # 2012-05414) between the City and <br />Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT). A maximum of $1,182,000 is the <br />maximum amount the City may be reimbursed for work under the current agreement. <br />third billing <br />This is the the City is providing under this agreement and covers the <br />April 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013 <br />period . <br /> <br />A total of $6,904.35 is the reimbursable amount expended for this project during this <br />billing period. Reimbursable project activities under the amended agreement are <br />listed below: <br /> <br />Task 1, Pre-project Management and Coordination: <br /> City staff participated in <br />monthly conference calls and coordination on next phases of work with ODOT <br />Program Manager. <br /> <br />Task 2, Consulting and Technical Review of Elements of the Draft Bank <br />Instrument: <br />No work was needed on this task during the billing period. <br /> <br />Task 3, Pre-project Site Maintenance: <br />City restoration staff contracted for, and <br />coordinated, mowing of the entire site to take place in late July 2013, prior to the <br />hydrologic and erosion control earthwork. <br /> <br />Task 4, Site Preparation: <br />City restoration staff contracted for, and are <br />coordinating, disking of the entire site to occur in late July prior to grading and <br />installation of erosion control features. City engineering and restoration staff <br />contracted for, and are coordinating, the earthwork needed for hydrologic alteration, <br />erosion control, and downed wood installation. The earthwork is expected to occur <br />from mid-August through mid-September, 2013. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
