The no parking sign points west towards parking area , and the 2hr <br /> sign points east towards the yellow zone and the intersection. And also around the corner on the west side of Emerald <br /> St. 19 to midblock there is a no parking sign with double arrows pointing toward a 2hr sign with double arrows. ( I <br /> understand that there is a driveway , but this is going to be hard to enforce ). Because there is one space in the grey area <br /> (where the 2 arrows meet.)
