Work is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on both
days.
The work will cause temporary closures of side streets and driveways. Drivers should use
caution traveling through the work zones and watch for workers, equipment, abrupt edges and
bumps. Alternate routes are encouraged to avoid construction delays during paving.
Next week Wildish will be adjusting manhole lids to the new pavement surface, causing lane
closures throughout the length of the project. On Saturday, May 4, depending on weather, Wildish
is scheduled to repave the Willakenzie-Coburg Road intersection, and drivers should use alternate
routes that day.
The repaving of Coburg Road is one of more than 15 major road repair projects scheduled
in Eugene this construction season.
