This occurred after the road.construction was on Hwy 99 north-of-Garfield.-For the <br /> signal on 7th, it used to be synched with the signal that allows northbound Hwy 99 traffic to cross the southbound lanes to go west to <br /> 5th Ave. If you made that light, you'd also make the one at Garfield. Now you don't, so there's a wait there at Garfield, and it's then out <br /> of synch with the traffic signal at Chambers, so there's another wait. And for the one on 6th, it used to be at least kind of synched with <br /> the one at Chambers so you'd most likely make the one at Garfield, too.
