I was on my bike at Alder and Franklin this morning, hovering over the bike sensor on Alder, <br /> - - "'and i couldn't make the traffic light turn red (it usually works fine for me). There were also pedestrians on both sides Franklin who - <br /> were unable to make the ped buttons produce a red light and a walk signal. Something was definitely broken.
