Dial *228 then press SEND (the button used to initiate a call). <br />2. When prompted, press 2 (two) to update the PRL (preferred roaming list). <br />3. Wait for up to 2 minutes while the network updates your phone. When programming is complete, you will <br />hear a confirmation message and the call will end automatically. <br />4. Power-cycle your device to complete the over-the-air update. <br /> <br />4G Devices <br /> <br />Follow these steps to complete over-the-air programming: <br />1. Power off the device. <br />2. Power the device on. <br />3. The network will automatically update your phone.
