Please see below for pertinent dates with regard to <br />posting ACTUALS and BUDGET_DET journal entries with an October date: <br /> <br />nd <br />November 2 – All journal entries with an October date are due to F/R by 3:00 p.m. <br /> <br />th <br />November 7 – All journal entries with an October date will be posted to GL. <br /> Web Tots will be updated with July-dated transactions. <br /> <br />Thank you all for being so studious about sending your journal entries electronically. For those of you that have not done it yet, it’s a <br />snap! Simply attach your journal entry and its supporting documentation in a PDF format to an e-mail (you can print directly to PDF <br />from PeopleSoft and Web Tots), include the journal ID in the subject line (the leading zeroes are not necessary) and email to the <br />Eugene GL <br /> mailbox.
