As I traveled down E 19 I noticed <br /> the sign missing at the SEC of 19 and Kincaid. The post had been unbolted and pulled from the sleeve, sign and post <br /> missing. I installed a new post and sign and secured it with two rivets and a bolt with two nuts- just to make it more <br /> difficult to remove! <br /> I checked on the NWC while there and noticed that the sleeve footing is loose in the ground. I think you may need to re- <br /> pour a sleeve footing here and make it deeper.
