I've searched the City of Eugene website and this seems like the most appropriate place to report this. If it is not, please forward
it to the appropriate department. I was walking northbound on Alder Street between E. 15th and E. 14th Ave. this morning and noticed a
sign listing a few possible destinations (UO, Downtown, Amazon Park) and their directions and distances. The only problem is that it
was facing northbound bicycle and pedestrian traffic when it should have been facing southbound car, pedestrian and bicycle traffic. It
advises a left-hand turn to get to UO, a right -hand turn to get Downtown, and to proceed straight for 1+ miles to get to Amazon Park.
That would only work if someone read it while facing southbound. You might want to figure out the correct placement of that sign
before the Olympic trials if not earlier. Let me know if you have any questions.
