Phase 2 includes a small dog watering station. <br />Phase 1 and 2 have been approved. Future facility improvements will require POS approval & additional maintenance endowment <br />funding at 30% of full market value of impr ovement. <br />APPROVAL (Each approver should type their name into the form, along with the date they acknowledge <br />approval, then forward the document to the next approver.
