This is north of John Levy's <br />Place (we have a trail easement across the, extreme west edge of Levy's property; Fletcher and the City parcel commonly <br />referred to as the Ford property also have trail easements and are just south of Levy). Does that help? The issue: In <br />order for the City to access the " Treinen" (City's) property, traffic must pass over portions of John Winguist's road, and <br />likewise, John needs occasional to access the rear of his rental house. The Reciprocating Easement satisfies both those <br />needs and protects both City and Winquist in the future. The terrain is such that modifying the roadway to suitably <br />resolve the issues is not feasible. The Reciprocating Easement ends at the City's gate. Does this help? Let me know if <br />
