Cars commonly park there <br />illegally, perhaps because the paintis mostly wom off. These intersections are a serious safety hazard because of the large numbers of bicycle <br />riders who can be hit by car traffic that cannot see them. Alder is a particular problem because of the swim meets held at the Amazon Park pool. <br />During these swim meets, cars always park illegally at these corners.
