I just noticed that the expenditures for the following Stormwater program EA/subjob have gone significantly above the <br /> <br />amount budgeted for it: <br /> <br />SW11R204-000 I-105: 7th-Willamette River (Eugene) <br />The budget loaded to this subjob is $157,000, but the expenditures to date amount to $272,157.56. I see that we made <br />a very big payment to the City back in December, for $265,844.23, but the only documentation that was imaged for the <br /> <br />payment was the invoice itself, copy attached. <br />So, I'm wondering if we just had this woefully under-budgeted, or perhaps we might have paid for a considerable amount <br />of "construction" work to this "PE" subjob.
