Specifically, the errors are as follows: <br /> • 12/19/2011 5.00 hours (7.00 total - 2.00 actual) <br /> • 12/20/2011 7.00 hours <br /> • 12/21/2011 9.00 hours <br /> • 12/22/2011 7.50 hours <br /> • 12/29/2011 5.50 hours (7.00 total - 1.50 actual) <br /> • 12/30/2011 5.00 hours (7.00 total - 2.00 actual) <br /> These hours should be charged to DV- 96, Work Type- 0671, Earn Code- REG. Please adjust my time <br /> coding to reflect this change. <br /> EP <br /> Second, an additional error was recorded on 1/19/12 whereby 4.50 hours were charged to my <br /> regular work type but should have been charged as match for the EPA grant and should be coded <br /> to 535-9630-51100-216330. Please adjust my time coding to reflect this change too. <br /> In sum, hours I have worked as match for the EPA grant in December 2011 and January 2012 include <br /> the following: <br /> 12/19/2011 2.00 hours <br /> 12/29/2011 1.5 hours <br /> 12/30/2011 2.00 hours <br /> 1/19/2012 4.50 hours <br /> Thank you for your help in regulating this error.
