3/9/12 <br />Service Details: <br />Request for Service: 35601 <br />W. 11th & Bertelsen Rd. Such a tragedy, at such a dangerous intersection. I travel down Bert. bike lane very often. I want to report a <br />walk signal problem. On two consecutive days going South to cross W. 11th, the walk light did not seem to work, after pressing button. <br />Going North on Bert. to safely cross W. 11th, in, case a car turning right cuts me off, the pedestrian walk lines are way out of alignment <br />with bike lane, and walk button are way, way over too far to the right, and there are no curb or ramp cutouts -- sidewalks. I cannot reach <br />the button without holding a loaded bike and trailer, by the time I get going, the light changes. I guess it is waiting for EMX? Thanks for <br />the great job you do on other such bike lane systems all over Eugene, I appreciate them and value them very much.
