Be certain to display the permit visibly in the front <br />vehicle window where park staff or Eugene Police may easily view it during your <br />dog training sessions. The lock combination will be provided to you if locks are <br />placed. <br />Requests for a Vehicle Access Permit for park use in upcoming years will require <br />the request in writing, similar to your request dated August 29, 2007, and may be <br />submitted at your convenience.
