The deeds were recorded and funds released yesterday on the approximately 170 acres <br />at Golden Gardens ponds area!! These multi- ownership parcels do create some extra challenges. <br />The Farver /Burch Santa Clara park site has not yet recorded, but perhaps later today. Five of the six owners signed <br />closing papers last Friday but the 6th owner lives out of the area - apparently in a very snowy area and their overnight mail <br />offices were closed <br />Friday because of weather. She was to send it out yesterday in which case we should receive it today. I'll let you know <br />when completed. Russ <br />
