Access Permits for dog training purposes are not being issued for Golden
Gardens Park. Due to the recently completed renovation project we need additional time in order
to allow the newly planted shrubs and seedingjin of native grasses and fortis to continue to
establish and take hold.
Parks and Open Space staff is anticipating resumption of issuing permits early this summer. In
addition, at.that time we expect to have available information about specific vehicle travel paths,
parking sites and sensitive areas to avoid so as not conflict with any remaining ongoing
establishment of native plants.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this.exciting renovation and construction
project to enhance Golden Gardens Park. We look forward to the continued future uses of this
part by patrons such as you.
Sincerely,
Clara T Matsler
Marketing and Outreach
541 682 -4908
