In my opinion, this method of packaging and distribution for single application use is the basis for the success of this product. Using the Pipe Patch system_ the City of Eugene Public Works Maintenan ee Division would not have to procure and test a variety of individual components in order to source togethar a component kit. Our training and Procedures can consistently provide reliable repairs to the City's underground pipe system. In comparison, Pernia Patch marketed by Perrria -Liner Industries is another pipe patcfiing system recently introduced to the 't less repair' market. This product is designated for use in 4" and 6" diarncter pipe lines.
