Specifically the rule addresses and allows training during certain times of the <br />year when in the past that activity has been prohibited. It also provides a lawful way for domestically <br />reared wildlife to be shot or taken by a raptor outside of a normal hunting season when in the past that <br />activity has been prohibited. Further information, and a link to the permit form which continues to be <br />required to release domestically reared game birds, can be found here <br />http: / /www.dfw.state.or.us /wildlife /dog training /index.asp The permit form is also attached.
