OSPD referred me to Oregon <br />Department of Fish and Wildlife for further information. OF &W staff confirmed both the <br />existence and interpretation of the nesting law. However, it was also stated there has been <br />MIRSANN RFENSPACEPtANNIN . controversy about including training of dogs within this restriction and that the Oregon Fish <br />and Wildlife Commission may reconsider this issue later this summer. <br />?ARK OPERAHONS Unfortunately, I cannot continue to permit dog training at Golden Gardens between April 1St <br />and July 31S with OSPD taking the position that Golden Gardens Park falls within the <br />uR8ANE3lR my nesting area definition.
