The final report includes a narrative that <br />summarizes all of the work completed under this grant. Also included are photos taken during <br />and after project implementation, plant survival monitoring records, photopoint monitoring <br />photos, examples of our public outreach efforts, and other reporting elements, as required in <br />Exhibit C of our grant agreement. <br />Our final reimbursement request is for those expenses incurred between July 1 and December <br />31, 2011. Activities during this time frame included the following: (1) follow -up control of <br />the emergent weeds yellow flag iris and purple loosestrife; (2) watering, maintenance, and <br />inspection of trees and shrubs that were planted in 2010; and (3) follow -up weed control on <br />over 40 acres. <br />As outlined in the Request for Release of Funds and the Expenditure Tracking sheets, we are <br />requesting a final reimbursement of $22,481.72. Our total grant award was $204,368 and we <br />were previously reimbursed for $181,886.28. All work under this grant is now complete, <br />except for the post - implementation monitoring. <br />We are grateful to the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board for supporting this project. We <br />remain committed to continuing our stewardship of this project and ensuring that the benefits <br />are maintained and enhanced through time.
