2rea, the Cit made the assumption that the low survival rates had to do with the inabilit to find the <br />plants, rather than a hi death rate. <br />In September 2010 the Cit repeated plant survival monitorin for four of the ori six monitorin <br />plots. Since survival rates appeared to be hi it was decided that surve a subset of the plots would <br />be ade The results are shown in Appendix A - Table 3. Overall survival was 81%, which is q uite <br />g ood for the second y ear. The contractor did an exceptional j ob with the maintenance and waterin of <br />plants, therefore the Cit did not re an replantin in 2010. <br />
