I also spent a little bit of time today looking over the expenses. I think that we could submit a final report any time since (by my calculations) all of the contractor expenses have hit the books and I think that we have also exceeded our personnel/admin costs by now. I updated or at least drafted the various forms and memos needed for our final request. They can be found in the following folder: \\CESRV811\Engineer\PROJECTS\PROJ- 3\4003\Grants\OWEB2008\ReimbursementRequest\ForFinalRequest I will need to have you pull the info at your end and finalize the numbers before we submit the final request. I had set up a meeting for 1/13/11, but we don’t need to wait that long if this is something that you have time to do sooner. The final report and request aren’t due until 60 days after the project completion date; however there is no need to wait if we are ready to submit everything. Next week I will be working on the NOAA quarterly reporting, but should have time to meet with you if you have any questions. If you are busy we can just keep our 1/13 meeting. Thank you! Lauri 6
