For Walama Restoration that contract was set up to pay out of both the OWEB and NOAA grants ($25,000 for OWEB and $125 for NOAA). The OWEB portion of that can get closed out very soon, I think. The only reason that I wanted you to hold off was that I wasn’t sure whether the payments that PWE will be making to Anderson will be enough to cover the remaining $8,766 OWEB contractual funds. I had thought if they weren’t enough then I could pay some upcoming Walama work with the OWEB funds. In talking to Adam it sounds like between this month’s payment and next month, we should have enough to expense all of the remaining OWEB funds. So, while we could close out the Walama PO, I think it might be good to hold off for a month just to make sure that we don’t end up needing to use OWEB funds to pay for additional contract work.
