See description <br />from police report: <br />While on patrol I was dispatched to the area of 18th and Friendly St. regarding a disorderly subject in the <br />roadway. While enroute to the location Sergeant Lowen checked out with the involved mate, requesting <br />an emergency response due to the fact the subject, later identified as A/ John Benson was trying to pull up <br />the median reflectors. <br />OFFICER OBSERVATION /INVESTIGATION' <br />When I arrived at the location Benson was seated in the median separating east and west bound 18th Ave. <br />at Friendly St. <br />Sergeant Lowen advised when he arrived Benson was attempting to pull the median reflectors out and had <br />bent one of the reflectors.
