There are a couple "on street" parking spaces, on <br />Patterson, just West of 610 E. 13th. These spaces had a City of Eugene parking sign there- which, over the weekend, was broken off. (I believe the <br />sign may have limited parking to 2 hrs or something like that). The sign and pole, I believe- is now laying in front of the house at 601 E. 14th Avenue. <br />IMMEDIATE PROBLEM: instead of lifting the pole out of the ground, they broke the pole, leaving a jagged protrusion sprouting from the ground... this <br />needs to be removed promptly.
