OLSON Kris D
From: FOERSTLER- Kevin J
Sent: Saturday, September 10, 20112:56 PM
To: OLSON Kris D; GRABOFSKY Kevin C
Subject: stop sign call on Saturday
Hi,
I received a call from EPD at approximately 10:30am regarding a stop sign at the SWC of W 23 d and City View that had
been pulled out of the ground.
Recent construction had been completed at this corner (new curb) —not sure if that was related to the pulled sign. I dug
out the hole and re installed the sign. It was all loam and no gravel —which makes me wonder.
Also received a call at about 10:15 am regarding the traffic signal at Willamette and Crest. The northbound left turn -
arrow was not working, forcing vehicles to make the left on Red. Apparently the turn signal was turned off for
construction and the Traffic was not notified that the street had been opened up to traffic turning left from NB
Willamette. I called Steve and he took care of it.
-Kevin
Kevin Foerstler
POS Maintenance Supervisor
Parks and Open Space Division
(541) 682 -4833 fax (541) 682 -4882
kevin.i. foerstier cDci. eugen e. or. us
3v 90
S
' v J
