All of it is graffiti on fences so I let her know that if it is private property we may not do those areas. She <br />watched the news programs that have been talking about gang related graffiti in Eugene and that is should be reported. She feels that the public <br />should be made aware that they should take personal responsibility for removing it if we are not going to. People will make the assumption that we <br />are going to take care of this only to be disappointed when they call in. She would like a call back to discuss this issue.
